Studio policies
FULLBURN LLC operates as a creative studio for hire. The following terms apply to studio engagements — campaigns, content, art direction, design, production, strategy and ongoing creative partnership — and are separate from the store policies further down this page.
Engagement models
We work two ways, and the model is agreed in writing before kickoff.
- Project basis. A defined scope with a fixed deliverable set, timeline and fee. Quoted per project after a scoping conversation. A deposit is required to reserve studio time and is non-refundable once work has begun.
- Retainer basis. An ongoing creative partnership billed monthly at a flat rate. Retainers reserve a set bandwidth of studio hours and priority access each month. Unused hours do not roll over. Retainers run month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to pause or end.
Billing & payment
- Project work: deposit invoiced at signing; balance invoiced at milestones or on final delivery as outlined in the SOW.
- Retainers: invoiced monthly in advance, due on receipt. Work begins once the first invoice is paid.
- Payment terms are net 15 unless otherwise agreed. Late invoices accrue 1.5% per month.
- All fees are exclusive of taxes, third-party costs, licensing, talent, travel and production expenses, which are passed through at cost.
Scope, revisions & change orders
Every engagement includes a defined scope and a reasonable number of revision rounds, specified in the SOW. Work that falls outside the agreed scope — added deliverables, new directions, expanded usage, rush timelines — is handled via a written change order and billed separately.
Timelines & client responsiveness
We commit to the timelines set in the SOW provided feedback, assets and approvals arrive on schedule. Delays caused by late feedback, missing assets, or scope changes shift the timeline accordingly and may carry additional fees if they push the project outside reserved studio time.
Ownership & usage rights
Final, approved deliverables are licensed or transferred to the client per the terms of the SOW once all invoices are paid in full. Until then, all work product remains the property of FULLBURN LLC. Working files, source files, unused concepts and proprietary tooling remain the property of FULLBURN LLC unless explicitly purchased. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless a written non-disclosure overrides this.
Cancellation & kill fees
- Project engagements canceled after kickoff are billed for all work completed plus a kill fee equal to 25% of the remaining scope.
- Retainers may be canceled with 30 days' written notice. The current month is non-refundable.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
Confidentiality
We treat client materials, briefs and strategy as confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request. We expect the same discretion regarding our process, rates and proposals.

FULLBURN LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). FULLBURN LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

- Contact details: name, address, billing/shipping address, phone, email.
- Financial information: payment card and financial account details, transaction information.

- Transaction information: items viewed, cart/wishlist, purchases, returns, exchanges and cancellations.
- Communications with us: info you include when contacting customer support.
- Device information: device, browser, network, IP address and other unique identifiers.
- Usage information: how and when you interact with the Services.

How we use your personal information
- Provide, tailor and improve the Services, including processing payments, fulfilling orders, account management and personalization.
- Marketing and advertising: promotional communications and online ads, including based on your activity on the Services.
- Security and fraud prevention: authenticating accounts, detecting unsafe or fraudulent activity.
- Communicating with you: customer support and ongoing business communications.
- Legal reasons: complying with law, responding to legal process, enforcing our terms.
How we disclose personal information
- With Shopify, vendors and other service providers (IT, payments, analytics, support, storage, shipping).
- With business and marketing partners for advertising, including personalized advertising supported by Shopify across merchants and websites. You may have a right to opt out depending on where you reside.
- When you direct or consent to disclosure (e.g. shipping, social login).
- With our affiliates or within our corporate group.
- In connection with a business transaction, legal obligation, or to enforce our terms and protect rights.
Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the Services. Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and third parties that may be located in countries other than where you reside. Third-party websites and links
The Services may link to third-party sites we do not control. Review their policies before engaging. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of third-party sites.
Children's data
The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction. As of the effective date, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" personal information of individuals under 16.
Security and retention
No security measures are perfect. We recommend not using unsecure channels to send sensitive information. We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described above and to comply with our legal obligations.
Your rights and choices

If you reside in the UK or EEA, you may also have the right to object to or restrict processing and to withdraw consent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and may need to verify your identity before responding.
Complaints & international transfers
You may contact us with complaints or lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We may transfer, store and process your personal information outside your country, relying on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations, including on preorders and international orders. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping policy
U.S. orders
We ship within the United States using UPS, USPS and DHL, depending on location, package size and service availability.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted (e.g. preorders).
- Delivery time: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
International orders
We currently ship to Canada, the UK, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and select other countries via DHL, USPS and UPS International.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days.
- Delivery time: 14+ business days, depending on location and customs processing.
Import duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to VAT, GST, customs duties and courier handling fees. These charges are not included at checkout and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We do not collect or remit international taxes. Refused packages due to unpaid duties may be returned to us; original shipping costs are non-refundable and a restocking fee may apply.
Tracking & delivery issues
All orders include tracking. Once an order leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers, customs or weather.
- Lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
- Address errors entered at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with your local post office or carrier before contacting us.
Preorders
If your order includes a preorder item, it will ship once available. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be held or split based on fulfillment logistics.

Cancellation policy
All sales are final. Orders, including preorders, cannot be canceled, modified or refunded once placed. By completing checkout you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Preorders
When you purchase a preorder, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Full payment is collected at checkout and the item ships once available. Preorders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

FULLBURN LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any referenced policies, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. They include important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Access and account
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have consented to allow any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you manage. You may be asked to provide certain information to use the Services; you represent that all information you provide is correct, current and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account.
2. Our products
We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colors and appearance may differ from how they appear on your screen. We do not warrant that any products will meet your expectations or be identical to the rendering in our online stores. Descriptions are subject to change without notice, and we may discontinue or limit any product at our discretion.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. FULLBURN LLC reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment. Please review your order carefully. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal/household use, not for commercial resale or export.
4. Prices and billing
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and set out in your confirmation email. Unless stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information. You represent that the payment information you provide is true, that you are authorized to use it, and that you will pay all charges incurred, including shipping, handling and taxes.
5. Shipping and delivery
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
6. Intellectual property
Our Services, including trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are owned by FULLBURN LLC, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign IP laws. These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Optional tools
You may be provided access to third-party customer tools that we do not monitor or control. We provide access "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of such tools. Any use is at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms.
8. Third-party links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or embedded functionality. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party materials. If you leave the Services to access them, you do so at your own risk.
9. Relationship with Shopify
FULLBURN LLC is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases in our store are made directly with FULLBURN LLC By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and FULLBURN LLC, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from or related to your purchases.
10. Privacy policy
Personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. Certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these policies.
11. Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, proposals or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display it in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to your Feedback and that it complies with these Terms. We have no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, to compensate you for it, or to respond to it.
12. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, change information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
13. Prohibited uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services for any unlawful or malicious purpose; to violate laws; to infringe IP rights; to harass or harm others; to transmit false information; to send spam; to impersonate others; or to engage in conduct that restricts others' use. You also agree not to upload malicious code, reproduce/exploit portions of the Services, collect personal information of others, or interfere with security features. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice for violations.
14. Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
15. Disclaimer of warranties
Information on the Services is provided for general informational purposes. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
16. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL FULLBURN LLC, ITS PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless FULLBURN LLC, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or your access to and use of the Services.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
19. Waiver; entire agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right. These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.
20. Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice.
21. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the federal and state courts in the jurisdiction where FULLBURN LLC is headquartered. You and FULLBURN LLC consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in such courts.
22. Headings
The headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and will not limit or affect these Terms.

You can review the most current Terms at any time on this page. We may update or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes here. Your continued use following posting constitutes acceptance of the changes.
